This tens unit is exactly what I needed. I had been having terrible lower back pain and it is so easy to use that I’ve used it even while I was working. It is really good quality and especially for the price. It works great and like I said, I just charge it up and can use it while I’m working. Totally portable. . It provides hours of pain relief ; so lightweight it fits right in my pocket ! Love the slim design.

My husband loves this thing! Small and compact size, can fit in a pocket. Different levels allow you to control intensity and its good for muscle pain relief, stimulation or even to help with endorphin release to soothe nerve pain in some instances. Multiple settings allow you to control time and intensity. Has helped with tennis elbow and back pain after a workout and the charge lasts quite a long time. Easy display and functions, durable construction. Overall, my husband whasn't put this down since Christmas and even had it on as we were trying to do a project in our laundry room. Keep the little plastic pad covers and you will keep the pads clean and dust free while not in use. This really works for pain relief!

I’ve used two other TENS devices in the past, and at the time, I thought they were great. However, this compact TENS unit works just as effectively, despite not having on-screen visuals to depict the treatment sensations. Instead, you’ll need to take note of your preferred settings. Once you select your desired massage mode, you can set the treatment duration and adjust the intensity level. Personally, I like using setting #29 with a 20-30 minute timer and intensity level 14. I’m currently treating Insertional Achilles Tendinitis and use the 2” pads on the sides of my feet, avoiding the bone area where the tendon connects to the heel. The massage is incredibly relaxing, and the kneading motion works like magic. If you’re new to TENS therapy, you can start at a lower intensity and adjust it to your comfort level. As my injury improves, I plan to gradually increase the intensity to 15-16. This TENS unit can also be used on other parts of the body and comes with a booklet that provides pad placement recommendations and suggested settings. With so many options available, I simply choose the setting that feels best for me. Charging is easy with the included USB-C cable, though I often use my iPhone 16 Pro charger, which works perfectly. The built-in battery life is impressive—I used the device for three consecutive nights, totaling over two hours per night, and the battery still displayed a full charge. I’ll recharge it when it drops to one bar. A small storage pouch is included, but I prefer keeping everything in the original box since it’s compact. So far, this has been one of my best Amazon purchases. If you’re considering a TENS unit, don’t hesitate—this one provides the same massage sensation as the larger models with fancy screens, yet it’s more convenient and portable. I’m glad I took a chance on this compact device, and I confidently rate it 5 stars. This is my honest opinion.

Over the years I've had many TENS units. I was about to return this one because the instructions were terrible and not organized. I charged it on my USB port for about 2-3 hours but when I removed it the light shut off. The other problem was that the instructions were too small to see clearly without straining my eyes. Suddenly I noticed some buttons on the side. The top side button is for turning it on by holding it for a few seconds. Below that are the controls. I put the larger pads on my back and treated myself to many different modes and intensity levels. There are 30 modes, including several with EMS, and also 30 intensity levels. Once I figured it all out I was very happy. My back feels so much better and my pain went from a 6 (on a 1-10 scale) down to a 2. If the instructions were organized, larger and clear I'd give this a 5 star rating. The intensity is very strong. I could not pass level 16 on most modes. If you want a good TENS/EMS unit this is the one. However you may have to play with it awhile to figure it all out.

This AVCOO Tens unit is great! So much power in a little package! It works great for Tennis elbow and also for preventing headaches, if your neck starts to get tense at the computer, stick a couple of pads on and hook it up. It loosens the muscles. Setting number 12 is great at 12-17 intensity and lots more power to spare. I like the pads shaped like hands. After using it moisten the pads with tap water and put the little plastic ovals back on to seal and get ready for the next time. You can reuse the pads over and over again. It's so small and compact and easy to use. You can walk around with it in your pocket and do whatever while it's working. Arrows up and down are for different types of energy settings. Just check them out to find what you like. T is for time. You can adjust in 10 minute intervals, during use also. It remembers your last energy setting. Light goes on to let you know before it turns off. The top side button is power, just hold down for a couple seconds to turn on. Find the energy setting by clicking the arrows up or down to test. Click the top of the side bar to increase intensity. It will reset if you change settings, so you need to increase each time. But, if you like one setting, again, it just remembers that one to come back to when turned on. Battery lasts a long time too. Display shows time left, setting, and intensity. Have recommended it to a bunch of people. Great price, great value!

This unit works great, especially for the price! It takes an hour or so to charge, but lasts for several hours. There are 30 different patterns and 30 intensities to go through, so you should be able to find at least one that works for you. The pads stick well and are reusable. Using it for a couple of days (once a day for 20-30 minutes) loosened up my shoulder nicely. For those looking to use it a bit lower on the body, it works well down there as well.

i love it, i purchased last month a double price tens / ems unit and gave it to my friend because it was too complicated with the screen and modes etc. This is so handy and straight forward, i didn't need to read the booklet. you can figure out yourself by pushing buttons. battery goes down 1/3 when used 90 minutes ( which is max) . i have no complains ( i used it every day, it' s been almost a month)

I bought because I could use this TENS on the go. Works well and nice have to relive pain.
