This is a great supplement bought to raise my D3 levels as they are usually low. It worked and has moved my level to the optimum range. Obviously I can't say whether the K2 is working as that is much more of a long term effect, but there's been plenty of research to make me feel confident. The addition of the extra virgin olive oil is great as that has it's own benefit for heart health whilst the oil helps the absorbtion of the D3. Yes ut's not the cheapest D3 supplement but personally I feel the quality makes the cost worthwhile.

I have repeat purchased these vitamins, both D3 and K2 are essential for good healthy bone formation and are, in my opinion, best taken within an oil rather than powdered in a capsule. Small easy to take capsules. Totally recommend, especially if like me, you have an osteoporosis diagnosis.

Tolles Produkt, welches Ich vor über einem Jahr gekauft habe, um einen Vitamin Spiegel wieder auf einen guten Wert zu bekommen. Ausgangslage war ein ärztlich festgestellter, schwerer Vitamin D Mangel. Ich nehme die Kapseln ca. 2x bis 3x pro Woche (mal öfter, mal seltener), und bin nach einem halben Jahr wieder da gewesen, wo man als gesunder Mensch sein sollte. Ich nehme die Kapseln natürlich weiter, um meinen Vitamin D Wert zu halten. Die Kapseln wirken also wirklich, das wurde mit 3 Labor-Untersuchungen bestätigt.

Prima di iniziare ad integrare consiglio un esame della vitamina D in farmacia per capire il proprio livello perché non tutti partono sono uguali. ☀️☀️ Le capsule sono facili da digerire e consiglio di assumerle con cibo con grassi. Il prezzo è molto buono per la qualità che offre il marchio AAvalabs. La vitamina D e K2 non solo le uniche vitamine per le proprie ossa e dolori articolari. C'è anche la silice che è molto sottovalutata. Una fonte naturale è il bamboo. Io sto assumendo la polvere di Bamboo di Ancient Purity è devo dire che è perfetto per le mie articolazioni. Quello che faccio è mescolare un piccolo cucchiaino con dello yogurt oppure con aceto di mele in base alle mie giornate. Questo bamboo in polvere si trasforma in acido ortosilicico all'interno del nostro stomaco che può essere di beneficio per ossa, denti, collagene, capelli e unghie. Infatti l'acido ortosilicico è fondamentale per la produzione naturale di collagene. Possiamo spendere soldi in collagene ma, senza la silice purtroppo non avremmo quel risultato tanto desiderato. ☀️☀️ Oltre a questi prodotti anche il magnesio può essere d'aiuto perché ha molte funzioni all'interno del nostro corpo.
