OtterBox iPhone SE 3rd & 2nd Gen, iPhone 8 & iPhone 7 (not Compatible with Plus Sized Models) Commuter Series Case - Black, Slim & Tough, Pocket-Friendly, with Port Protection

Bought this in May 2019 for my iPhone 8. It is May 2022 now, and, the case has just one crack at the bottom! It lasted 3 years despite taking a ton of beating (dropped several times). The phone has not experienced any scratches or cracks or any kind of damage since this case was mounted over it. The 2-layer case (inner rubber case, with hard plastic outer shell) design is awesome! It gives the phone enough cushion to protect is from any damages related to drops. At the same time, the case is not bulky and fits nicely in the pocket.One thing I wish it had was - some sort of rubber grips! There were times when this case has slipped from my hands because the outer plastic shell can get slippery at times. Otterbox got it right for the iPhone 12 mini case, where they incorporated a couple of rubber grips (I just replaced the iPhone 8 with the 12 mini and bought the Otterbox case for the 12, which is awesome!).Despite the one lacking feature mentioned above, I would still buy this again, given the observed durability. Good product!

Great product

Holy crap this case is actually insane. I have never had a phone, let alone a vulnerable phone drop so many times like mine and still not crack with this case. I’ve had this case for over a year now and I don’t even have a screen protector and my phone has dropped countless of times and it still appears untouched. This phone case supplies AMAZING protection. It’s super comfortable and the phone case itself is like a hard plastic material.This phone case also is super basic which I love and also serves its function, and it’s also affordable.

It feels amazing! And is absolutely a great case very nice feel and grip to it. Protects the device effectively. Was very easy to install aswell.

Sturdy, looks nice. a bit challenging to get on the phone, but once on, it's great! Totally satisfied. Just what I was looking for.
