The Plug was not UK and did not fit any of my home outlets. It was round!

The box was not sealed. There's is no user manual as stated on the box. Hopefully it works fine.

Worst product. First received item stopped working after first use, i returned it and got the replacement stopped working after using 2times. Now the return window is over and this become a scrap. I raised ticket for warrenty, service engineer visited after 4 days of complaint and started bypassing the autoshut off switch as per him this modal has issue with that sensor. Instead of replacing it he is bypassing it which is safety issues for user even though thermostat stops after over heat it will again start heating if you didn't stop the switch. I requested him don't do that and replace the autoshut off sensor. Its been morethan a week since this request but no update till now. It seems same issue mentioned in several reviews. Problem is in the design and the parts so don't buy this. Go for kent or agaro if you want durability.
