Works great

So sometimes you just need to couple to ethernet cables because you don't have a long enough single cable. Couplers are hit or miss in my experience and these are no exception. About 8 out of the 12 were good. On the one hand such a failure rate seems awful. However, if you told me you'd sell me 8 working couplers for $14 or so I wouldn't be that upset. That's not a bad price. So if you accept the 4 bad couplers as the price of doing business you'll be fine. Yes, no one likes getting defective items, but the overall price/value of the working ones is more than acceptable. If only 2 of them were good I'd give this 2-3 stars. At 8 of them being good, I'll only dock a star.

Does exactly what you need it to do

They did make good connections. Had to redo my whole set up cost me a lot of money in lost time, none passed fluke test unless I squeezed them together. Wasted a lot of time on project.
