I bought the coconut pineapple because that's what the reviews said were the best flavor. I have to admit, I was not blown away by the flavor, its very heavy on the coconut flavor and I didn't taste any pineapple. I'll drink a pina colada but I do not eat coconut. I will use these are they are not bad, I was just disappointed in the flavor that everyone raved about. If you like all things coconut this flavor is for you, if you were hoping to get some pineapple flavor as well- this is not for you. I will be re-buying once I am done with this flavor but I will try mixed berry or peach next time. My husband woke up during a camping trip with an awful leg cramp- I had him chew 2 and within 2-3 min he was feeling better. They definitely work!

Love taste of these - sometimes wake up dehydrated/light headed & keep these by my bed. They work perfectly.

Taste was surprisingly good. My sister recommended these for long hikes. I struggle at altitude and these were helpful in addition to excellent hydration.

They give me a energy boost when I'm running outside. Helps my legs feel not so tired.

I love the convenience of the salt stick electrolytes. they taste like candy. coconut pineapple is my favorite flavor.

I go nowhere without them, summertime! Am instant fix! I prefer this flavor to some others I have tried. While, none of them were bad. Just this one is better!

We use these for sports, tournaments, cross Country running, Cheer competitions, skating competitions and they also work well for hangovers🤣. I always have a few bottles in my car for busy kids on the go and parents that play multiple sports too! I recommend them to anyone who is active. Pineapple Coconut is the best but berry, Watermelon and Orange are good too. They stop the cramping and post activity soreness.

Brilliant. On my long runs (around 12 miles) really help stave off calf muscle cramps that plague me in hotter weather. The coconut and pineapple flavour is my favourite. I actually like it instead of just tolerating it.

I almost can't imagine what this summer would be like without this product. We farm, and whether we like it or not, we are outside and have to be outside working everyday. We are seniors and these coconut-flavoured chewable pills are tasty, and easy to carry and eat anytime of the day when we start feeling a little wobbly. Very quick acting and I will definitely buy again and again and again.
