How do you measure overlay?

It’s how much wider your door is than your frame opening. Measure from inside of door outwards. If you want to put a door with 1-1/4 offset on with a 16” opening then you’ll need a 18-1/2” door.

Will these adjust to a 5/8 overlay?

can the soft close feature be turned off?

yes but they will slam shut! just pry out the gray plastic part.

What type of door limiter works with the Ravinite cabinet door hinge?

Did not use a "limiter" at all. Not sure what you mean. Replacement was very easy and usually only had to use one hinge per door unless the cabinets were of the tall variety. Very satisfied with purchase.
