I am assumimg you cannot cast from bbc sounds and have to wait for the pro version for that?

No, you can use the WiiM Mini with the BBC sounds (BBC radio stations). Please go to the WiiM Home App, select the Browse Tab > Linkplay Radio. You can find the BBC radio stations there. With WiiM Pro, you can also cast the BBC sounds directly from BBC global player via the Chromecast.

I am looking to take the sound from my tv via 3.5 jack and to transmit to my sonos move speaker. will this device allow this?.

No, we can't transmit the TV analog audio to Sonos device now. However, you can get another WiiM Mini and attach it to your Sonos device to support this use case now. Meanwhile, it's interesting use case and well support the cast to Sonos with software update in future.

It me states it supports Spotify Connect but cant see the device listed on an android device. Is there a solution for this?
