Packaging was good. Deliver very nicely. No problems with that at all. Installed it on the shower wand and the faucet. It's great! Love it. It's durable, very durable. Flex is really nice. Seems like it's got a good finish. I'm overall very happy with it it does not kink. The water pressure is extremely well with that. Easy cleaning seems to be pretty like it'll clean. Pretty easy. Insulation was easy. It's very functionable kink resistant and it has good water flow

I ended up buying two of these because I wanted to replace the original fixtures in both of our showers. The existing ones were starting to look worn, so I was looking for something simple that would freshen things up without being complicated to install. Installation was very straightforward. It took just a few minutes to swap out the original part, and everything fit the existing setup without any issues. You don’t need any special tools or plumbing experience, which made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Once installed, it worked exactly as expected. Everything feels solid and functions smoothly, and it immediately made the shower look a little more updated compared to what we had before. I was also a little curious how the finish would hold up since chrome can sometimes show wear quickly in a bathroom environment. So far it has held up well with regular use and still looks clean and shiny.

I bought this to add an extra 6ft 7in to my shower handheld. I have a dual head shower, one on a wand (which mostly and near exclusively is used on the dogs) and one stationary head. I needed the extra length for the dogs. Makes bathing them immensely easier. since they like to hug the walls and the bench. which the singular 6ft hose couldn't reach. now I can reach them wherever they are in my 4x4ft shower. Luckily both dogs are used to baths, not much of a chore. This helped. no leaks on either end, especially after PTFE tape is applied. Also don't notice a massive loss in pressure even though the hose is now over 12ft long, like 13ft. Weirdly and thankfully. It's not even in the way. Doesn't drag on the ground, doesn't go with my shower, should have gone Brushed Nickle but I don't think that was an option when I purchased it 5 years ago, now I see they have 20 different finishes. Would recommend, but do make sure to thread lock both sides, since the fail point isn't at either end, but the coupler for these aren't great.

Great value for the money. The material feels high-quality, and the length is perfect. Setup was a breeze since it comes with tape. I’m hoping this outlasts my last one, which broke within three months.

I bought this on 9/2025 and replaced it 2/2026. Believe it or not this hose has lasted the longest. Even better than moen. Just buy 3 which will cost the same as a single moen shower hose

The most notable thing I like is that the ends have small flat surfaces that allow you to gently use a crescent wrench to tighten them. Because the ends on all other shower hoses like this that I have seen are cone shaped - and do not have wrench flats, tightening them enough to prevent leaks is difficult. Granted, the ends on this hose are plastic, so you can't apply a lot of force. But because the supplied washers are decent and thicker than some I have seen, combined with the wrench flats - I found this hose to be much easier to get a leak free install. Can't speak to the longevity, but so far they look and function just like the more expensive options, and are completely leak free at the connections. I bought one to replace a hose that sprung a leak when the internal hose split. Liked it so much that I bought a second one for the other bathroom.

Bought this to replace a 5ft hose that was too short. This one worked perfectly and fit the shower head and the faucet.
