I converted a 32" x 80" Pocket Door to a Sliding Barn Door with this kit. Very well put together kit for the Money and used this same kit before on a regular Barn door but those are typically at 84" tall. So to use this on an 80" door you need to be creative with the instructions and Measure 3 times, drill once. :>) Just used the same meaurements on the Door HW but on the rail mounting you need to understand the door height and how it affects where you mount the rail. Instead of using a Header above the Door Trim, I just used a wider piece of trim for my upper and that was a combo for Door Trim and Header. I'll post a pic later

I’ve ordered a few different barn door hardware but this was by far the best one as far as directions-sturdiness & extra bolts for my skinnier door. Was 100%satisfied!!

The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was that putting the two pieces of the heavy rail together while holding it up was a bit tricky. I mounted it by myself. Maybe the company could make a removable plastic clip that holds them together while you mount it, then remove it. I used a level to mount it outside a small bathroom. You barely have to use one finger to get it to roll. In fact, the way our doorway is situated, it would close then almost bounce back to roll back open. So, I wrapped a small zip tie just near the end. the wheel rolls over the small bump and the door stays closed without a latch. all it takes to open it is a slight tug. Over all, the pieces are sturdy, the wheels are heavy duty and well made...definitely a good deal.

Great product, but be aware that the information in the installation instructions may not be accurate. During my installation, the instructions indicated the holes in the brackets are exactly 2 inches apart, so I drilled the holes accordingly. Imagine my aggravation when I go to put the brackets on and they are actually 3 1/2 inches apart. No real big deal since the brackets cover the unnecessary hole, but the instructions should be accurate.
