I’ve had these installed for years, and they’re still going strong and shining bright. They’ve been set up in multiple garages and continue to perform well. Long lasting and bright. I have no complaints..! It absolutely does what it should…and it’s very light weight- which is what I was hoping for…

These work pretty good. They are bright, but not as bright as some of the other ones that I have. I thing being long fins instead of wide, they light up a larger area, but spread the light out much more. I am still pleased with the value of them and their build quality.

I bought several of these lights from Tanbaby several years ago and had superb results. The old lights turn on when you are a long distance away and stay on continually until you leave the area for quite a while. They will frequently turn on when you approach a room with the door closed, just based on the light and thermal signals coming through under the door. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I also have to say that the company has been wonderful in terms of customer service, sending me replacement lights, etc.. The problem is that they have redesigned these and the new design sucks in terms of function. Now, most of my new lights require that I get immediately underneath them and move a lot before they turn on, which totally defeats the purpose of having them installed in a dark place where you don't want to trip. Worse yet, they usually turn off automatically after about 90 seconds. So if you are in the room working and don't move a lot, they may turn off on you in the middle of something delicate. That has the potential to be a big problem. Even if you are right below them after they turn off and start waving your arms, etc., they will not turn on again for 15-30 seconds, which is an eternity in darkness. Being an electrical engineer, I opened them up, and there is nothing I could see non-destructively that was adjustable. So, the bottom line is that the company refunded my money, but the lights are probably useless for what most want to use them for. BTW, I bought 6-8 new ones and they all work this way, so it's not likely a statistical anomaly. If I have to put in backup lights, these are worthless to me. They need to make them like they used to!

So far so good, these are BRIGHT, have 3 sets in my garage, they stay on 24/7, will follow up on how long they last. 3 months now.
