Doesn’t work

I thought I was buying the Elgato chat link cable but accidentally bought this one instead. I will admit this one works just fine. I haven’t any problems with it and it’s been 6 months now.

It works perfect was able to capture sound for my streaming and recording ‼️

I mean, I could be dumb but....... I plugged in in the way it says to online and it DID not bring the party chat in.

Streamed with the cord, audio whole time was terrible. The part connected to the headset was fine but the output audio just broke.
