Good vocal reproduction
Very small. Took a few trial and error to hear how it worked. Good vocal reproduction.

Old VCR style programming controls, and average at best manual
In a world of easier and more intuitive user interfaces, this device falls short. Between reading through some quirky instructions, and a user interface which requires triple button presses and toggles, you will have to tinker for a while to understand how to use this device. If you ever had to wrestle with an old-style VCR, you may want to reconsider purchasing this device.On a positive note, the device appears to record well enough, is tiny (about the size of a disposable cigarette lighter), and uses micro-SD cards, so you can use larger capacity cards, or additional cards.

Faulty microSD port renders device useless
I wasn't able to start using this right away, so I didn't even open the box until after the return window expired, or I'd have sent it back. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money on this. I can't speak to the sound quality of recordings because unfortunately, I can't record anything. The SD card that came with the device will not lock into the port. I tried using other microSD cards I had on hand, and none of them would lock in either. Whenever I try and push the card into the microSD port, it pops back out. I double checked, and I'm definitely inserting the SD card the correct way.

If your teacher doesn't have a microphone, buy a different product
I bought this for college lectures, but it picks up alot of background noise. If you are close to the professor (1st to 3rd row) it is probably good. If not, then forget about it. Also, when I play it in my car I have to put my car volume to the max and it is still hard to hear.

I have been working on it and can't get it ...
I have been working on it and can't get it working. I watched the video numerous times and still can't get it to work. I cannot find a manual online and am at a loss of what to do. Still working on finding out more info but getting really frustrated. If I could find my original paperwork I would return it.

Bought 3 months ago and won't work now
Purchased mid February and it's already not working. I've already reset and saved all my files. It is great when it works though. This is the second time I've had this problem.
