I purchased this GreenLaw iPad case around Christmas time 2018. I wanted something that had a keyboard but wasn't limiting for the handheld tablet usage. I love that I am able to maneuver the case under the iPad and use my keyboard when I need to. I found the keyboard easy to connect to my iPad, it transmits the signal to my iPad without delay, and has great battery life. No joke, the battery life on the keyboard is amazing. I only had to charge the keyboard 2 times in the eight months I owned it and I used it quite frequently. Even if you forget to turn the power switch off on the keyboard, it will not drain your battery; it only uses the battery while it is in use. The product comes with the charging cable and setup instructions which were short and easy. Another benefit of this case is that the company, GreenLaw, stands by their warranty and their product. My case had dropped on my hardwood floor and developed a crack on the side of the case. My iPad was not damaged, so the case did its job. I e-mailed GreenLaw's customer support with a photo of the crack, my proof of purchase, and inquired about the product's warranty. They responded to me in just a few hours and were happy to replace the product for me. They sent out a new one the same day and I received my replacement a few business days later. I would recommend this product not only for its functionality but for its outstanding customer service and product guarantee.

Great value for the money. Great keyboard response and the case is slim and sturdy even with the keyboard inserted. Easy to insert and remove the iPad to and from the case when necessary.

The case is very nice, and I love the magnetic feature for the keyboard. I have to take a star off for the keyboard's connectivity. It lags rather poorly. It either takes a minute to get a whole sentence typed out, or it doesn't register my typing at all. The trackpad is a bonus, however, it also has some lag. It works well enough for the price, but I wouldn't rely on it if it is for work or heavy essay work for school.

This is a wonderful case. First case's material was hard plastic overall, which was great at first, then it cracked at the spinning part on the iPad holding side. Then the customer service send me another one, which this time the material is kind of soft and rubber-smooth on the surface, but overall hard too. So far the second case is very good in use and function. Especially point out quite a few points to point out: 1. Long lasting keyboard battery, sometimes I forgot to turn the keyboard off, when I check it 2 or 3 days later, the keyboard still has battery to use, as described, thumbs up. 2. Good customer service, the warranty really worked, and customer service staff are really nice and patient on emailing. 3. Spinning 360, especially in office and/or school use, just be careful when turning it, because some of the cases are easily cracked at the turning point. Overall the product is really nice. Last long battery and multi-function spinning. Just hope the turning point won't crack again. ^_^

Case and keyboard are very nice soft but sturdy case material. The keyboard is is easy to remove when not needed. Easy to setup, back lit keyboard.

the case is functional (dont really like it though, the stand is weird). other reviewers complaining about their ipad not fitting inside the case didn't put any thought into what they were buying. this is not for ipad minis or whatever else you are trying to use it for. the keyboard has really small keys, but it works and is easy to connect. it is a bit laggy but portable so i dont mind

This keyboard does everything that I wanted a keyboard to do. It’s Bluetooth connectivity takes a few seconds from the time you switch it on. Soft and quality keys with a mouse pad, makes it the best. For me, the fact that I can use it for two devices at a time makes it one of the best. Different colors of backlight makes it beautiful especially when you use it in the dark. My son already asked me to order one for him.

This is an update about the negative review I left recently for this keyboard. I am now an happy camper! The supplier reached out to me, unsolicited, and offered to replace the keyboard, stating that some previous defects had been addressed. I received the replacement promptly and the new keyboard works just fine. No more disappearing emails. Thanks to the supplier for their concern and follow up. I now recommend this product. almost want to cry as I write this review, because I am so frustrated by this keyboard. As I type replies to emails, after a few keystrokes they will be swept into my drafts file, where I have to go back to retrieve it and try again. Only to experience…argh! The same thing happening. Beyond that, it does not fit handily onto its cover with my iPad mini propped up. It’s removable, which is sometimes OK, but not when you want to work with the combo on your lap. The iPad will fall backwards. It also is a bit heavy. I loved my old Logitech, which unfortunately I can no longer find. I don’t recommend this.

My 12 year old has been bugging me for a laptop because she wanted a keyboard and touch pad. We found this case for her iPad and she loves it. So far we haven’t seen any issues with it. We bought it a month or so ago and she hasn’t needed to charge the keyboard yet

Had this product for 6 months and the middle row stopped working. Having difficulty getting a response from the seller/amazon to honor the 12 month warranty. Will update this review if anything changes Jan 2024. Seller contacted and replacement keyboard received several days ago, which seems to be working well
