My invalid wife's caregiver is from Venezuela, and she introduced my wife and myself to the pleasure of eating arepas... it's a bit like an English muffin, but made from a special pre-cooked white corn meal flour, grilled on a griddle, and cut open and typically stuffed with scrambled eggs and cheese.
