Good, natural source of iron
Good, natural source of iron when one doesn’t eat enough meat to get what they need. Easy to swallow & digest. It’s also gentle on my stomach. I’ve also found I can consistently get ahold of this brand, unlike the previous brand I was taking.

Mediocre suppliment
I give this a four because I haven't noticed any changes. It hasn't made anything worse but I also don't feel like it has made anything better. My energy level is the same. It does have a little smell to it, but does not upset my stomach or taste weird.
