How do you clean the hydration bladder and tube?

After years of backpacking, rinse it out and toss it in the freezer. Pull it out fill with water and go.

Can the bladder be taken out?

Yes, the bladder can be removed. I didn't like the bladder that came with it, I couldn't get rid of the plastic taste. I replaced it with one that has two hoses. Love the backpack.

Has anyone had any issues with adding hydration packets (Liquid IV, Gatorade, LMNT, etc..) in the bladder?

None at all. I used both Liquid I.V. and Mio. I do rinse it as soon as I get home. I use this to go to Disney World, and works great!!! Good tip is after you rinse it roll the bladder and put it in the freezer. Won't have to worry about mold growing.

Is the hydration tube freeze in cold weather? Most hydration pack tubes freeze on the mountains for skiing & cannot drink from it anymore.

It will freeze as any other product would in freezing conditions.
