Great Product - Would recommend
Product works like a charm! I saw great hair growth within the first few months and my nails were strong. Less cracking. No flavor, great in coffee or tea. No side effects such as bad acne.

Highly recommend
I have been using this off and on for several years, and I noticed a big difference in my skin and hair when I don’t use it. The taste is not so good but the benefits out weighed taste.

A very worthwhile supplement!
As a part of my daily intake, it is definitely a worthwhile, dependable and affordable nutritional supplement. When people positively comment on your healthy looking skin in your early 80’s you know you’re doing something right. Thank you to Amazon as well!

Great product definitely recommend
I was very skeptical about this when my cousin told me that that was why her hair was growing so good. So I tried it I'm on my second bottle and on the first bottle I immediately noticed my nails growing. And I've always had problems with my nails. I'm on my second bottle and I've noticed way less shedding in my hairbrush. I will definitely keep buying this. It's a great value for the money. Way better than a lot of other products I've tried

Works like a fish
This has been like one of the only things to help reduce my hair fall out, make it grow stronger and faster, and plump up my skin! It does taste strongly of oil fish tho. Advise to mix it with juice to mute the flavor lol. It will make your mouth turn sour. Very easy to use tho! I just do 5 drops 2x a day as instructed (first in juice then in hot tea). Lasts about a month! Kinda pricy, wish it last longer (it would if you reduce intake).

Hope this finally helps with the thinness of my hair.
I was putting these drops in water and holding my nose to swallow it. I would not recommend putting it in water as it has a fishy aftertaste. I finally realized that if I added it to my juices, coffees, etc., you could not taste anything. I’m using this because my hairdresser recommended it. I’ve only used it for about 16 days. Excited to see what happens at the end of three months. More comments later after the 90 days.

No taste and very effective.
Having used this product for a considerable period, I can confidently attest to its efficacy. As a 13-week pregnant twin mother, I had been struggling with intense hormonal acne, which has now largely subsided. Additionally, my skin and hair have become noticeably softer. I will most certainly continue to use and purchase this product. I’m not a doctor though my doctor told me it is PregnancySafe.

It really works my skin looks younger & smooth no wrinkles anymore but you have to bear the smell
