This is a really nice pill case! The thing is huge and looks like a tackle box when it's all together. One of the nicest things about it is that each week is removable, so you can take out the week you need and tuck the rest away in a drawer, out of sight. The outer case feels nice and snaps together well. The actual pill compartments are very big, much bigger than the standard-sized one I was used to. It has tons of space for supplements, and fits those giant fish oil pills and a number of others with no problem at all. You'd have to really go crazy on the supplements to not get this thing to close. My one downside is that the individual lids on the weekly holders aren't the strongest. They work for normal use, but I knocked them off the counter once and sent three days' worth of supplements scattering across my floor, which was very annoying. That's my one gripe with it though. Overall, this is a really nice pill case that's very good for the money!

This is the best pill organizer that I have ever purchased. It can be used for 1-4 weeks, and has ample room for my medicine and vitamins. It is made of a high grade plastic so that the hinges don't break. It really helps me to remember to take my medicine.

Organize your medication by the month. This is a very important feature. It allows one to visualize how many doses you have left and a reminder that you have/haven’t taken medication one a specific day. Never miss a dose and be cognizant of refills needed. Because the weekly sleeves can be removed, the entire unit doesn’t have to sit in plain sight cluttering your counter. As well, when traveling you can easily take the exact amount of meds necessary. For those who take oversized tablets or capsules the XL capacity of each cell is a plus. The sleeves easily fit and can be removed from the case. The cells clearly and in large print, indicate day of the week and week of the month. No more confusion. No more missed doses. If you do miss a dose you’ll know exactly which day and how many times per week/month the dose(s) were not taken. This is also an easy way for a caregiver who manages someone else’s daily use medication. The case and sleeves are made of rigid plastic with tight mechanism that snaps shut securely. It should hold up to daily use. At this price point I have not seen a better pill minder of this quality at any retail/pharmacy outlet. It is a great value at this price.

Use this everyday, super simple and reliable

I like to set up my medications for the month. This helps me keep track of needed refills and over the counter supplies. This pill organizer is PERFECT! Easy to open tops that also close securely with a snap, large capacity containers that hold larger pills like fish oil and multi-vitamins and large letters indicating the days all combine to make these ideal for seniors. The four weekly containers fit nicely in the monthly container, which also closes securely. The container is also flat and packs nicely for long trips. No longer needing to pack more than one weekly organizer. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend for others who like to set up pills for more than a week at a time or for individuals who set up pills for family members.

This is a very nice pill organizer. It’s very hard to find multiple cases for one a day pills. Doesn’t take up much room and the weekly parts come out separately for travel. They seem to stay closed securely. The reason for four stars is that the clasps on the outer cover are hard to open and close. They may break off eventually. Also, I got the black because of the sleek look but it’s hard to see the pills. I’m keeping it because the pros outweigh the cons.

I LOVE this pill organizer! I have always hated having to refill mine every single week. It only took me a few minutes to fill the entire month (with about seven pills per day, with lots of room to spare), and now I don’t have to do it again until next month! I love that each week is clearly labeled and can be removed separately. The compartments latch well but are also easy to open. The box that holds all four weeks also latches securely. The only negative is that the labels aren’t perfectly centered, so if that’s going to bother you, don’t buy it.

I only take one pill a day and I still needed this so much! Absolutely helps me tell if I've taken my pill today or not, as I am still able to remember what day it is (only sometimes with the help of my phone.) I've also traveled with it and while I don't exactly pack light, it didn't come apart in my bag/suitcase or take up a ton of room. Closure is secure but not impossible to get back open, either. Also very easy to tell which week I've taken out if I only take one week with me somewhere. Stop messing with 7 day organizers and spring for the 28 day organizer, even if you only take one pill. I appreciate I can reload my organizer the same day I pick up my refill with no leftovers to lose or forget about somewhere. I have also had success removing the prescription label from the bottle and resticking it to the outer organizer case, and replacing it each time I refill the organizer, with no difficulty or residue left over. You could fit several labels on the outside if you have more than one pill in there.

Haven't used to yet but I think it's going to be perfect for my vitamins and supplements when I am away for about a month. The clips to keep each compartment closed look secure so it should keep everything where it should.

This thing fits ALL my vitamins. That’s 10 pills of varying sizes - large capsules, small pills, fish oil etc. Made my mornings so much easier. The quality is great. It snaps open and shut nicely. It’s also surprisingly smaller than I expected so it could easily fit in a drawer or small cupboard.
