Really does not hold your head to in position

its nothing like the picture. The elevation on the side is not that high and overall the pillow is too low. It mentions you can order the 0.8 inch insert , i contacted seller he wants to charge me same price as the below almost AED 230 which is ridiculous. Also it says you can remove the neck curvature from inside to give it more depth but its not true it cant be removed. I ordered blue it came white . The nylon bag was ripped seems used and returned . It came different brand also not Groye. I returned it.

I ordered two standards One is okay the ither one is very low and not filling the cover as the first one.

Although promised that we can get an additional insert and a 5 year warranty, the only thing we got was one reply that this is not possible for outside of us, that was not mentioned when we ordered, and our item was shipped outside of the US fine.

Very bad, not as the picture and whenever u try to return it, u never receive an answer! So unprofessional!

I have used several cervical neck pillows over the years as I have a long neck and if I sleep in an awkward position I wake up with pain. I like this Groye adjustable neck pillow because it has the support I need without being too firm. I do wish there was a bit more of a lip in the front to create more of a cradle the curve my neck when I am on my back, but then it would not be as comforable in the side sleeping position. I have tried the opposite side and even added the insert, but the front side was most comfortable for me without the insert. The outter cover is very soft and removeable/washable, but i still use a pillowcase because without one the fabric started to pill. Overall, this is a good pillow at a very reasonalbe price. I wake up without pain and feeling well rested. Thank you!

Bought this as I was getting neck and shoulder pains from poor positioning. This really helped relive the pains and i sleep so much better now

I have suffered from neck pain for many years. I have tried a lot of different pillows, even other types of cervical pillows, so I was hopeful but didn’t hold my breath for this one. All I have to say is, I love it! The moment my head rests on it, I feel my shoulders relax, and the neck is cradled very naturally and comfortably. I heard some buyers say you have to get used to it. Not me. From the very first night, I was sold. It is helping me sleep through the night, and it’s also great if you are a side sleeper. The only negative, if I had to find one, is that where the neck rests, every few nights, I see little fiber specks, which I remove, but when I pull on them, long fibers come out of the pillow. I’m sure this is easily solved by using a pillowcase. I’ve sent a message to the seller to see if they sell a pillowcase made especially for this pillow. I’m waiting to hear.
