This set is suitable for home use using any of the programs available on youtube. The bands seem to be of good quality, I've used them all several times and they are going strong. The handles are light but work fine. I've the heavier set as I use some weights already but I'd consider the lighter set to be suitable for beginners and those a little older. For the money you can't go wrong.

Good value set of resistance bands of varying strength. Handles are easy to swap between them, and handy pouch for travelling means I can at least do a workout while travelling for work.

Good quality easy to use and lightweight

Product not fit for purpose: The velcro ankle straps have almost no capacity to stay on, even when using the lightest of the bands and not stretching to anywhere near its max capacity. This means the product cannot be reliably used with the leg restraints, which is one of the product's selling points. It's too early to rate the bands themselves as I have only used the set for an hour, but the fact that additional ankle straps would need to be purchased from a different provider means this product is unfit to deliver the quality it promises.

Like all training gear ,use wisely follow all instructions. At 76, they are doing me good, for heart and body. Oldies check first that you are ok to use
