As far a taking the pain away completely, it depends on your aliment, but it also goes with what you put in your body and all that’s going on. The products ingredients matter also, because some of them can be very deceiving. Everything is a process. I will be trying a new Black Cumin Seed Oil caplets to see if one works better than the other.

It is useful if you need it you can take it with food otherwise your stomach will turn from it and the taste of oil will remain in your mouth if you take it with food it will be excellent I recommend it for everything

I have been taking them for about a month. One in the morning and another one in the evening. I'm noticing less inflammation and my a1c is improving. Watching for other improvements
