This drain pump motor was easy to install, fit perfect. The dishwasher ran it's cycles with no more OE code. It has worked for four cycles so far, no issues. Just be sure to re-use your black o ring from your old drain pump.

This got the drain working again on my dishwasher. It was a very straightforward job. Only needed a pair of adjustable pliers. It's lighter than the original motor, but it works like a charm. I think it's just as quiet as the one I replaced. I used the original gasket and have yet to spot any leaks after running three cycles.

So far so good. I installed this pump about 6-months ago and so far, it's working perfectly. I would say it's no louder than the original pump, so that's awesome. Installation was very easy and it seems to function (drains water, easy to clean when needed) great. I really appreciate the build quality - seems to be very well made and is durable. If your pump is out of going out, replace it yourself! I was quoted something like $150 to have someone do it for me, so it just makes sense to buy this part and do it yourself.

Had my dishwasher up and running in approximately15 minutes,so happy.I had ordered the whole pump assembly from another company on Amazon and after waiting over a week and never receiving it,I cancelled the order and ordered this unit to replace just the pump motor( really all you need). It arrived in 2 days,I transferred and lubricated the original oring snapped it in place,plugged it in and tried it out. It worked great! And I'll be honest my dishes haven't come out this clean in a long time,I guess the old pump had not been getting rid of the dirty water in a long time until it just quit. Time will tell how long this one lasts ,hopefully I can get several years out of it

This is a perfect replacement for LG dishwasher using this type of drain pump. It does not come with the water seal gasket, so you need to transfer the old gasket from the old pump over to this new one. And this is an important tip, flip the gasket to use the un-used side to face the pump mounting outlet. If you use the previously used side, water will leak since there are imprinted lines which create water channels (not completely sealed). Good luck and fun DIY fix. PS: There is a version of this drain pump from the same company that comes with the gasket but it costs more money, maybe it is worth it.

Had an issue with a high-pitch whirr from dishwasher and the water would not drain from the unit. It would not drain when selecting just the drain cycle either. Turned out to be the water drain pump, and this pump motor fit perfectly. Entire job took about 60 minutes to drain the water out, replace, put back together etc. Next time would likely be a 15min job. Dishwasher back up and running, will update if this part fails.

Item was as described, easy to install. Only two actual washes so far but it's working. No leaks. Replaced from front of machine, using Youtube video for guidance. No need to move machine or disconnect anything else.

Dishwasher wasn't draining properly and was calling out an "OE" error. While the manufacturer would have you check the drain line and the sink plumbing, they're probably not the culprit if the dishwasher has been operating normally for some time. This part was the key to getting our washer back to normal. It can be replaced without removing the washer, it will fight you a bit though. A screwdriver will get you to the part. Remove the harness and quarter turn on the part will release it. Have towels available as there is water still in the system. Might have been an hour to replace. Better than a $350 house call. verify your model number and save some $$'s.
