I am so happy with his purchase! I'm so glad that I did not choose one of the cheaper ones. This hula hoop is well made, and it's perfect for me as a beginner. It's large enough that it is easy to keep around your waist spinning, and heavy enough that it gives you a workout. I used it with all of the sections and it's super easy, I took one section out and it's a little more challenging and then I took two sections out and that is a strong workout. I so look forward to using this and having it as a catalyst to start to get back into exercise and get back into shape.

I'm a larger girl, and this hula hoop is super easy to put together, adjust, and to use. Smaller or lighter hula hoops can be difficult to balance properly on my larger frame, but this was an immediate "yes I can do this!" Like when I was a kid. Brings back the joy of childhood combined with the cardio aspect. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Im a 3x in clothes w/ 48" waist. This was too big for me and I tried making it smaller by removing one section but it still felt wrong. It's a nice cushiony material and pretty easy to put together. I don't know why I couldn't keep it going. It kept eventually dropping. Maybe my body shape isn't right for it anymore. I tried for a while. I used to hula hoop all the time when I was younger. It's not easily forgotten. I was really disappointed. It's comfortable to use unless it drops and hits against something. It felt like I was getting bruised. I love that you can take it apart for easy transport.

This hoop is awesome! It's adjustable, easy to use, and has helped me immensely on my weight loss journey. It's also fun to do while listening to music or watching tv. I've lost 6" off my waist so far. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants an easy to use fun exercise!

It's definitely plus size friendly, unfortunately its very hard to hula hoop and even my sister complained of it hurting her ribs when she was keeping the hoop up for a bit. Too much weight on the hula loop personally. Sucks because I wanted to find a sturdy hula hoop for fun and exercize. Loved everything else about it (portability, etc.) But would not recommend.

Purchased a Hula Hoop at the dollar store and could not keep it up. The dollar store hoop was very small and very light. Decided that I needed a better one. Purchased this Hula Hoop, put it together (very easy) and instantly started hooping (if that is the correct term). With all 9 pieces installed it is very easy to hula hoop. It's my intention after a week or two to remove one of the 9 pieces and then later remove another. You have to work harder the smaller the hoop is. Great invention and I look forward to my abs of steel. Thanks!!

I wanted to like this product. The first one the foam split immediately after putting it together a replacement was sent and the same this has happened. Poor quality great concept.
