CB60 RGB 70W LED Video Light with App Control

This is THE best budget light you can get. I’m gonna be honest here- I’m a camgirl. Behind the scenes of the professional models, they always have perfect lighting and i’ve been dying to replicate that. This light gave me what i was looking for! These are the things i noticed and liked about this light: 1.) Packaged tightly and securely, which is something i always appreciate. No way this would come broken. 2.) Heavy and sturdy build quality. Not lightweight or flimsy. The buttons also feel great & snappy. 3.) Easy to set up 4.) Great color range & cool features in the app. I appreciate how easy it is to change warmth, brightness, and tone. There are also lots of FX, which would be beneficial for people who make movies or short films. There were FX like “TV screen, cop car, welding, fireworks, disco” and you can also tweak the intensity/details of the FX. 4.) Makes your skin look amazing when tuned to “normal” or more daylight tones. Compared to my old lights, this looks like HDR on my webcam. I’m mad because now i’m gonna have to buy another one for my other softbox😂 My new favorite!

Really impressed with this light. It’s surprisingly lightweight for how powerful it is, and the size is perfect for a home studio setup. Setup took maybe a minute. The build feels solid and durable, no cheap parts. I haven’t tested battery life, and unsure if they even have a battery; since I keep it plugged in, but functionality is spot on. The app is smooth and responsive. Overall, it’s a great light for creators or anyone doing video work.

I've purchased a few Neewer products and have always been pretty happy with them, for the price. This LED light is just amazing for any price! I cannot believe how well all the features of this product work. The app connects instantly and easily. All you have to do is have the light on and open the app. Done. The brightness and overall quality of the light is fantastic. I am using it as a key light with a soft box (close up) at about 40% power. Dialing in color temperature, or any color you want is dead easy with either the app or the controls on the back of the unit. It has been flawlessly reliable and I can't recommend it enough. I plan on getting one or two more of these soon.

I'm no expert in the field -- I got it to fulfil my lifelong dream of having a full power RGB flashlight. Then when I had one, I realized I had no use for it.. not even just as house lighting, because it is bluetooth only. The 2.4ghz is some propriety thing, not wifi. So for a professional, or amateur who doesn't mind only being able to control it using the Neewer app, with a very limited set of FX... the same ones on smaller, cheaper devices actually. Everything about it is top notch - don't get me wrong. * Bright like the sun? Check! * Sturdy and well packed? Check! * Lightweight? Check! -- it's incredible to consider what this tech looked like just 10 years back... pretty amazing. * Price -- I have found Neewer's products to typically be a good value, and the same holds here. If I had purchased it with a purpose, I'm certain it would have fulfilled it... but if you just want an RBG torch? Keep waiting, it will happen lol

I bought this light because I got my hands on the bi-color and loved it. But after the first month this RGB light dies on me. When I turn it on it makes a quick flash of light, the fan blows really loud and nothing happens. The buttons don’t respond and nothing works. Of course it happens JUST after the return/ exchange window closes for Amazon, so now I’m trying to work with Neewer’s warranty/ claims center to either get it fixed or exchanged since it’s still within the year long manufacturers warranty window. I hope it gets resolved because this is pretty disappointing. **UPDATE** Mike from NEEWER reached out to me after I made my initial one star review and email to their support center because of the issues I was having with it. Mike is great and was able to work with me and send me a brand new one with free shipping AND a shipping label to send the broken one back. That one year warranty is pretty great. I was very appreciative of Mike and his help resolving this issue. I wish it hadn’t happened in the first place, which is why I only moved it up to a 4 star, but the customer service on their end is very efficient, helpful and pretty quick.

Used with an octobox, and it created really gorgeous light! Buttons are a little annoying, but I love the control the app provides. Especially because I am short and can't always reach/see the buttons when it is high up on a C stand. Can't wait to see what it can do. Will update with more fun examples when I do. Update January 2026 Still loving this light 2 years later! I have used this light a lot for head shots and pictures of my pets, we've used it during Zoom calls, and we also take group photos anytime family visits us. One feature in the app that I used for the first time the other day was "color match." I was using two other really cheap lights that were on the cooler side of color and I used the color match in the app to get this light to be the same color as them. It was super useful! No complaints! Added a few more pics of the various times we've used it.

I am sure there are nicer lights if money is no object. However, for the cost it is fantastic! I think it would meet most people’s needs for content creation or light commercial work. Really love the brightness and color options.

I have to say that this light is much better than I was expecting it to be. You have a ton of options with it and its easy to control on your phone with the app.. with the app you can connect multiple lights so its easy to set the lights up with the same settings. very strong lights for indoor use. Ive only used these indoor. I attached a diffuser with my lights. I'd get these again. easy to use from the back but the color options are a major plus. You have to use the app for the colors but trust me you won't regret it.

These are the first lights I have purchased for my photography business and I would buy another! So easy to use, lightweight, and they don't heat up! I used mine for 5 hours straight that there was no issues. Definitely going to buy another when I need it!

Being essentially the cheapest RGB COB light around I wasn't expecting incredible performance, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's significantly better than Neewer's RGB LED panels, having a larger white colour temperature range and more accurate colours when desaturated. My main issue with it is that the effects are pretty limited. The processor in the light doesn't have smooth control over the LED power, so it jumps in 1% increments. This means if you're trying to do a candlelight effect with the "fire" setting and you have the power range set to go between 10% and 25% you can clearly see it stepping up and down, making some combinations of settings unusable in practice.

These are great RGB lights to add a bit of color to your photos. I dont use them as my main lights, but they are great accent/hair lights to add some dimension.
