Just bought this and it arrived today. The hardest part of setting it up was getting it out the box! Got the Arm stand and this was fairly intuitive to set up. Attached the Mic and plugged the USB cable into Mic and then into my old DELL / Win 11 laptop. Worked right away, recorded a few things and compared those recordings to the tinny recordings of my voice made with the built-in mic on the laptop. Chalk and cheese. Very happy with this overall! Found the setup instructions in box AFTER I'd already set it up and used it. Nice little product, great sound and great price ... what's not to like!

The build quality is solid, the setup was incredibly easy, and the sound clarity is fantastic. Whether you're recording a podcast, streaming, gaming or just upgrading your audio for video calls, this mic delivers professional-level quality without the hefty price tag. The noise reduction is impressive, and my voice comes through crisp and clear, with no background fuzz. The stand and pop filter add to the overall sleek design, making it look just as good as it sounds.

I will start by saying this is my first standalone microphone for PC use. I have a background in audio equipment, but never needed anything beyond a cheap USB lapel mic, or the integrated webcam mic for PC work. I bought this because the location I am currently using the PC in has a bit more background noise than I wanted, and so I figured that a vaguely directional mic should make a "bit" of difference... BASE: The mounting base is "fine" - it holds the mic well, holds position well, has limited manoeuvrability, but does it's job. Where it falls down is the connection between the lever-arm and the clamp - it's just a very loose slot-in type affair. I have remedied this by wrapping some tape around the male aspect of the lever arm, and now it's perfectly fine. I plan to drill a hole and make it into more of a clamp in the future, but it's all good now, and in fairness, was passable without such modification. CABLE: It's a simple USB-A to USB-C cable, nothing special - could be a little longer considering that it really benefits from being routed along the lever-arm. Could also benefit from a couple of Velcro ties to hold it in such a place. MIC: This is why we're here really, and ok - it's not "pro" level, but also it's not "pro" price - but it's night and day compared to the quality from a webcam (and I use good quality, multiple mic, noise cancelling webcams). It really makes a world of difference - in the range of audio that it pics up and also the quality. The output from it is louder, clearer, more precise. There's a downside to this - it picks up a little bit more background noise, which is hardly surprising. However, the benefit of a wider range of frequencies is that this is very easily filtered out (I strongly recommend the nVidia Broadcast app to do this). INSTALLATION: On Windows 11 it was just plug and play, no drivers to install, no config needed - if you just want to use it immediately, there it is. So overall, for what, a few quid less than 30, it's made an astonishing difference. Strongly recommend.

Excellent microphone, my friends have stated that it sounds crystal clear and is almost like talking to me in person, I don’t believe you’d find a better mic at this price point. Months of use and not a single issue. Only con is the leds stay on even when my pc is off however it doesn’t bother me and if it did unplugging the usb would solve this, would certainly buy another if anything happened to mine.

I purchased this for Teams meetings and creating voiceovers for video production. The quality is excellent, no hiss, and no background noise. My colleagues said i sound very clear on meetings. When recording for video and playing back it is crystal clear. I purchased the one with the arm so that I can swing it back over to the side of the desk when I am not using it. I highly recommend this microphone.

Very decent sound quality for the price point, very nicely directional, not quite as good at not picking up sounds from behind and the sides as pictured in the cardioid, in that I hoped it would pick up less, but still picks up a little which when watching videos on a call it sometimes catches the video audio as well, but easy enough to fix with sound gates. The arm is decent, having hand turnable screws for each joint besides the one at the base, which is fairly tough by itself, could possibly be a tighter fit into the base but it's enough for use in that it doesn't cause much friction when turning. I definitely recommend as a good start to see if you like these kinds of microphones. With windows it's as simple as plug in and play, no special drivers necessary. I plan to record audio with it and upload a video in the future, but definitely worth the price in my opinion.

The mic is good quality but the mount is not good- it’s not fixed on so when you move it up and down it doesn’t remain attached to the table mount. I don’t recommend it

Sound: -Better than a headset or webcam mic if its relatively close to your mouth, I recommend getting it with the boom arm. Perfect for YouTube and podcasts. Not the best for singing, Of course it is a beginner mic. Build quality: -plastic and metal, no scratches, good quality, looks stylish Conclusion: -Overall good mic and boom arm for the money and the included shock mount and pop filter are a nice touch, but if you have little bit more budget I'd advise to go for the TD510 with higher bit rate and sensitivity. +You get 2 years warranty which is always good. I'll update if something happens.

La qualità del suono è fantastica: la voce si sente sempre chiara e pulita, anche quando ci si trova un po' più lontani dal microfono, il che lo rende perfetto per tutte le situazioni in cui hai bisogno di registrare o parlare, come streaming, videoconferenze o anche semplici chiamate. Non importa se sei un po' più lontano o ti sposti mentre parli, la qualità del suono resta sempre ottima, senza distorsioni fastidiose. Una cosa che mi ha colpito è che, anche in ambienti con qualche rumore di sottofondo, la voce si sente comunque bene. Questo è davvero utile, soprattutto se lavori da casa o se non hai una stanza completamente silenziosa, perché il microfono riesce a "filtrare" il rumore extra e a concentrarsi su quello che dici, mantenendo il suono pulito e chiaro. La qualità è così buona che sembra proprio di avere un microfono professionale, ma senza complicazioni. Poi, non è difficile da usare: basta collegarlo, e il gioco è fatto. Non c'è bisogno di installare software strani o fare configurazioni complicate, basta attaccarlo al computer e funziona subito. È compatibile con praticamente tutti i dispositivi, il che lo rende ancora più comodo, e la qualità del suono non cambia a seconda del dispositivo che usi, che sia un computer, una console o altro. In più, è costruito davvero bene. Non è pesante, ma è solido e stabile, quindi non devi preoccuparti che si rompa facilmente. Anche il design è molto carino, moderno e semplice, si adatta bene a qualsiasi scrivania o spazio di lavoro, senza occupare troppo posto. Inoltre, il controllo del volume è facile da raggiungere e funziona senza problemi, così puoi regolare l’audio in base alle tue esigenze senza stress. Insomma, il microfono Tonor è un'ottima scelta per chi cerca qualcosa di facile da usare, che faccia il suo lavoro alla grande senza spendere troppo. Se dovete fare podcast, streaming o semplicemente migliorare la qualità delle vostre videochiamate, questo microfono è davvero un ottimo acquisto.
