DEWALT Battery Charger and USB Wall Charging Kit (DCB094K)

Does exactly what it is susposed to do. Works great and is of high quality. It is worth noting that using it as a powerbank to power a laptop was ok but it did not last as long as I expected (5 AH Battery was used). Still, it worked. I like the OTG use of the charger.

This really saved me during a recent power outage. I was able to power a usb-C laptop for the entire day using my dewalt batteries. Stays reasonably cool while in use.. Battery life was as I would expect for the 5AH and 12AH batteries that I used.

This charger is great for charging the 2 MaH DeWalt battery I bought with it. It has charged the battery back up to full quickly, as if it has a Quick-Charge feature (although, I don't think this is listed)

Works with my Lenovo Legion Go S, which is very helpful, as the legion go s is very picky when it comes to portable chargers. This works with all my DeWalt batteries and off brand batteries. It's extremely compact too, which makes it nice for tossing in a backpack.

Love the DeWalt DCB094 USB Charger Kit! It works great with my 20V Max, XR, PowerStack and 20/60V FlexVolt batteries for being charged and for charging a host of USB devices like phones, tablets & USB-C laptops. Make sure you push the USB-C to USB-C cord all the way into DeWalt's charger plug (mine wasn't all the way in and the charge lights would only go on briefly until I removed and re-inserted it several times to break it in). The included 65W charger gets VERY HOT while charging DeWalt batteries so don't leave it near combustibles. I wish it had vent fins that worked as a cord wrap. The electric prongs DO NOT fold down so you may want to replace it with a 100W USB-C charger that does (100W will let you charge and power other USB devices direct like big screen laptops and iPad Pros). The USB hub has air vents on top which is great for reducing heat build up, but it will let in dust & water so I don't recommend using it in dusty or wet environments. The belt clip adds a hangable hook, but I would have preferred an easier to carry handle and USB light as it would be easy to carry and could be used as a lantern (esp useful when the electric power goes out at a job site or at home in a storm). I found that you can charge your DeWalt battery via USB-C AND still charge your phone via the USB-A port at the same time! Because there is only one USB-C port you have to choose between charging your DeWalt battery or powering your USB-C laptop or tablet (would be nice if DeWalt could add a second USB-C port in a future version). When using USB-C cables just know they aren't all the same. There are different specifications that dictate how much power and data they support. Anything in the larger USB-A port is going to be less power. Anything in the USB-C port should be USB-C to USB-C and needs to be at a minimum PD spec (like the cable DeWalt gives you). If you want to use a USB-C cable that gets used for fast data transfer (like between a hard drive and a laptop) you'll want a USB-C spec 3.2 that gives power AND data cable something the PD cable can't do.

Love this thing, I just wish I could purchase it for less without the 65W adapter - which is a below average quality adapter. I can confirm that the USB-C PD port will charge your Samsung device with "Fast Charging" capability. This is above average PD / PPS support. Very handy on the job site, and brings much added essential value to your DEWALT batteries! Thus, this DCB094K is an essential buy for any household toolset and a game changer for your tool bag. This introduces universality to all of your tool batteries making them usable for any modern USB-C device!

Keep in mind that the device is capable of 100W charging but only includes a 60W adapter. Quality of build is on point. It’s built tough! Keep in mind however that there are very large vents in this unit and it is not rated for use in any type of inclement weather. (I wouldn’t even trust using this in a drizzle) but at least they are transparent about that as there are written warnings on the unit. I use these to fast charge my batteries. It’s convenient knowing I have usb c chargers everywhere and that it’s compact enough to throw in my bag and when I’m in a pinch for power I’ve got freaky batteries everywhere! I make my own batteries and have adopted the dewalt standard as their batters are more lenient on allowing you to build your own. This charger allows me to use my batteries in a host of other devices. From fridges, freezers, vacuums everything I have has a brand x to dewalt battery adapter and this charger makes sure they are all ready to go when I need them!

If you're in the Dewalt ecosystem, this accessory is amazing - I am able to charge my laptop using the 5AH battery. It works with absolutely everything! Also invaluable when travelling or camping

I brought this because I've sometimes found myself without either a battery charger or method to charge my phone. This is really a standby purchase that I've ended up using almost daily. I've even used it to charge my Mac laptop and seen 80watts+ going out of it. Super easy to use and really good build quality. Also as a side note, had a power cut the other day and although i didn't need to use it, the option to charge phones and such if there is an extended power cut is good.

The product was excellent and exceptionally meet the required purpose combined with portability. Should have been 5 star due to the plug.
