I am Type 2 Diabetic My Blood Sugar has been in the 200's for months now my Doctor even increased my Glipizide Medication to 4 times a day and it still will not go below 200 even with diabetic diet and exercise...so I read the reviews on this product and decided to try it I just got it today so I took one capsule around 10am and then I checked my Blood Sugar around 12:30 and it was 154, I am so excited ...will continue to use and hope I can get my levels under control and come off this medication...

I have been looking online to find some supplements for my low energy and found out that this could help. Checked the reviews on couple of the blood sugar support and decided to buy this one like a month ago. I already feel a better balance of energy. So it works for me.

There's a family history of diabetes. A month ago the doctor said I had high blood sugar level. Found this gem and I feel great. Not a big eater like some people and I suck at diets. I'm also not a size two or thirty. It beat taking heavy medication to lower my level. I do caution; don't take two for more than one day. Unless you have to take two. This excess can cause headaches.

I like this product but there is an ingredient that unfortuntely gives me a headache if I take 2-3 times a day. It seems like that similar items.
