Is this message Too long for you to read? Here is the summary: The product is good, I was dumb and thought the plastic film to protect the case… WAS the case, but it wasnt. I do recommend this product. Heres the long description of how I found out I was dumb. I wrote this review the day after I got the product. The cases come with film on the surfaces, I figured this would be the case. Though I couldn’t seem to get the films off, so I came to the conclusion that there was no film, and the product was bad. But guess what… I was the dumb one This product is great! The case parts come with film on them. So dont be stupid like me and think that the film IS part of the product ITS NOT. Here is the old review (Where I was dumb) “We all have our own experiences, so Im glad people have gotten good quality from this seller, though for me. Mine was not good whatsoever. The case isn't as crystal clear as they make it seem. I was expecting a case that is crystal clear, that will display and show the coin beautifully. Instead, I got a case that is glazed over, has many scratches and smudges (obviously poor quality). I tried to keep it and accept it, but I will be returning it VERY soon.”

I will add to chorus of people who received holders where the hole was just a tad too small. The company needs to ensure that their 2" coin holder will actually hold a 2" coin. The case looks very nice and easy to use, but it fails on the most important attribute.

It functions just as what it should be. The plastic is clear and clean. The souvenir coin stays stable inside it. It stands well on flat table. It requires slight tweak to stand straight but the plastic plates may not align well with the magnet and thus it may incline.

Don't get me wrong, both sizes are a great product. Nicely made and good utilization of magnets. It's probably my fault for not checking the specs, but looking at my 1 3/4" cases, I thought it would be very easy to have a 2" hole in the same frame size. Therefore, having all cases physically match. Oops.

Let's start with the good. This is a very clear acrylic case and the coin can be beautifully displayed. The magnetic corners give easy access to the coin. Now....the 3 star rating. This does not seat a 2" coin properly. The opening is 2-1/8" so the coin "flops" around and looks tacky when displayed with the gap. The description did say "about a 2" hole". My suggestion is to get a felt lined case which is what I did or look for another clear display case that will fit the 2" coin properly.

If it wasn't for the poor sizing this would be great. The magnetic closures are secure and the acrylic had its protective covering still on when it arrived, so it was scratch free. But that doesn't make up for it's critical failing of the hole being more than 1/8" too big, making the coin loose in its case. Very disappointed. Unfortunately it's too late to return.

This challenge coin display case is well-made and looks great. There are 3 pieces and each piece has a protective film on each side. The film is difficult to remove, but once done, it really showcases your coin. I bought 2 to check it out and I will be buying more.
