This is amazing! Adds so much flavor in just a small amount added to your dish. Easy to use and goes a long way so I do feel like it’s a decent value for the money. I have a wheat allergy so all good there too!

If you live in a backwards place that won't carry this like I do, this is one of your only options (@Decker's, literally the worst "grocery store" ever)

No, no, and NO!
I am half Puerto Rican and sofrito was always a staple in our home. I did NOT like this at all. It was way too salty and did not at all taste like sofrito (at least not as I know it). I love their other Better than Bouillon products but this one, not at all. For anyone looking for authentic tasting sofrito, I would recommend Loisa's. It is delicious and comes in many flavors; I prefer the original and basic one. And a great benefit - no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Good luck with your cooking!
