I use this every wash. It does amazing to keep any fly aways and frizz down to almost nothing. I absolutely love the smell and how soft it makes my hair. The smell last majority of the day, its a clean soft scent that can be smelled softly through the day. The larger size of the bottle last me about 5-6 months so well worth the amount spent for the quality and the performance of the the conditioner.
