I purchased a Skmei watch on 22 November 2025, which is still under the six-month warranty period. I am facing a serious quality issue with the product. The second needle has become detached from its position, which is manufacturing defect. None is responding from your team.

Material and ease of use is good, however the display is so small, will return

Product quality is average. Strap is thin, it will break in some days. price is not justified, it should be sold at max 700 rs.
