The best gift ever!
320ml the size of a coke can. Great size for putting in the waistband of my jeans on a cold dog walk. Great for aches and pains too.

Great for small areas
I had a surgery on my arm. So I bought this small hot water bottle to help me with the pain and stiffness. It is perfect for small areas. It retains the hot water for a couple of hours. The top does not leak as I read on some comments. The cover is very comfortable on the skin. Very cute and useful.
