Great quality
I actually ordered this for my son and it fit him perfectly. Clipped right onto his helmet and adjustable. Looks great and son said it was easy more comfortable then the last one.

Good strap bad snaps.
The chin strap itself was a good fit and comfortable. The snap mechanism broke in the second game of junior varsity football. I thought that it would have been more durable. Lucky that I saved the "old" strap and used another snap mechanism, or my son would not have been able to play per safety rules. Good strap bad snaps.

Very poor construction
Trust the reviews that say the snaps break. One of the snaps on the one I purchased broke the first time it was unsnapped after being attached to the helmet. Zero play time, so no way this would hold up to a full season. Seriously, the FIRST time unsnapping it the thing broke. Too bad too as the chin cup is comfortable.
