Great if you need to replace a humbucker with single coil size pickup. I've used these on 3 build projects. Can be screwed in OVER the humbucker pickup mount ring. If you need to have it fit lower then screw directly in place of existing humbucker pickup mount ring. Does not come with screws so will need those or use existing ones. Nice, solid black plastic.

This item based on the picture seems like it would be fine. Problem is the plate is larger than the typical pickup ring which will require you to drill 4 new holes that can only be covered by this plate if you plan to switch it out in the future. Another unpleasant visual to the item is it's flat. Which may not seem like a problem until you see it next to another pickup ring on the guitar. I ended up having a friend cut me a piece of metal to fit around the pickup when installed on a normal humbucker ring. I believe that to be a much better look that this option. Now if all your hardware is plastic and the other pickup ring is really short this maybe fine for you.
