Plate Stuck
Been using it for few months. It's having issue now. The plate gets stuck everytime we press. The plat is stuck and not going up and it's giving us weird sound like the plate is trying to come up.

It’s difficult to use in UAE
It need to buy volt converter to work in UAE , then it not work good. As i face many Errors ( code E1 ) Wast of money
