Quit Working after 2 months
Unit ran out of Freon after 2 month and no one from Perfect Aire will return my calls or my emails. Unit is basically dead!

Didn’t last long
Purchased first one and it was dead on arrival. They replaced with a new on that lasted just over a year. There’s an internal leak it seems and the Freon keeps leaking out. Fixing it costs too much

Low Refrigerant After 15 Months
We put this in service in our crawl space in February 2018 and it did a great job through the year and the following winter. It stopped running in May of 2019 and showed error code E3, Low Refrigerant. Brought it in for service and they said either $400 for recharge or $800 if the coil needs to be replaced. Bought the unit for $1,159 not worth fixing for $800. Mfr's service dept did not return my emails.
