Very BAD, probiotics ( not sure if its a probiotics ) should be stopped selling, i have huge allergy with big round red spots on on my body ( rash) after taking and also giving hard dizziness and headache, im almost fainting, i could not wark even.

It does have a bit of a taste, which I don't like, so I just use a water enhancer and I don't notice the flavor anymore.
