What is half and full box?

One of the product photos shows the difference. Half box is 3-sided (front, side, side) and left open on the top, bottom, and back of the product. Full box is 5-sided (front, side, side, bottom, back) and left open on the top of product). Another way to think about it is that with a half box you slide the product in and out to block items placed behind it, and with a full box you place items in the attached box that is concealed behind the book facade.

is the tallest book height 9 or 9.5inches? I am limited to 9inches high

They are variable height but send us a note before you order and we’ll provide a custom set with all books 9” or less.

Does the size in the drop down list indicate the width of all books together, or the depth? How do I choose the right size?

Yes, the size indicates the width across the front (and width really means length) of all books together. Measure the item you wish to hide and compare to the inside storage dimensions indicated in the product description. Reach out if you need further help.
