The product works well for me but on a fixed income seems a little pricey

I can’t say I saw much difference

It has taken time for these pills to do the job they were designed to do by the manufacturer at least is how this has worked out for me as it was suggested by my pcp to only take 1 pill per day, so it didn't cause other unpleasant side effects. pill didn't have a taste these are to be swallowed whole not crushed or opened, it took too long to see the results for better quality of sleep which had only improved slightly which wasn't my main goal of helpfulness of taking these pills as was reducing the hot flashes and mood support which I had found to be the most important overall the improvements which by reducing the hot flashes and improving my mood helped boost my natural energy levels. As this supplement does work, I find it to be too pricey due to my own situation.

This is a truly wonderful blend of roots and herbs to help support a woman's estrogen levels. I appreciate knowing it's been designed by a Doctor from the USA. I have been noticing improvements in my energy and mood as well as my sleep getting better. Overall, it's a great value even if a bit on the expensive side, it does provide you with a 30 day supply.

After taking for a month had a marked response. Hair thicker , sleep improved and general feeling well

They haven’t helped my symptoms at all. My mood swings have been terrible since I started taking these. Wast of money.
