The media could not be loaded.  Unit came very well packed, the 10/60 mesh screens were in good working conditions. Amazed at the power this has for the price. It shook itself around the cord. I removed the 4 screws holding the legs and put long wood screws to screw directly into my work bench. Spring is not the best as it over stretch when I tried running it with 2 screens at the same time. Will have to buy better springs. But once again it’s great for the price.

If you want fine flour similar to store bought. First sift through 40 mesh followed by 80 mesh. Skip 60 mesh and use 80 mesh instead.

I mill my own grain and had to sift the flour by hand using a fine mesh sifter, which always caused a mess. With this machine I am able to get the flour consistency I want without having flour thrown everywhere. The Sidasu needs to be monitored if using on a counter top or it will vibrate right onto the floor. I am extremely happy with this sifter and it makes the task of making OO flour for bread and pizza making all the more easier.

Works great but apparently I'm not strong enough to stretch the metal springs that secure the sieves with both sieves stacked. As a result I can only use one sieve at a time. Otherwise perfect for my needs.

The media could not be loaded.  Springs are really bad quality. Have a go to home depot to get good quality springs.
