Highly recommend this to anyone that needs a well made, durable, lockable, space saving fireproof rolling cabinet and computer storage. No weird smell when unpacked from box. Already 75% assembled, just need to place the stabilizer piece into the bottom and you're done. Awesome top layer has space for credit cards, passports, USBs, and large enough to place your laptop and iPad too. Has a lock that secures both layers with instructions on how to set and reset your code. No keys required. Has locking wheels and nice size straps on both sides for easy maneuverability in the home or on the go. I've used this to get my estate records in order and used the Nokbox Lite sytem (via Amazon) to have all my things in order. Both of these together gives me peace of mind. By the way, Nokbox label is something I placed on the DocSafe. Inside photo has 15 hanging folders and 67 manila folders, plus an estate Binder...and there is still room for more.

Just as others reported, item is very easy to put together is lightweight and holds quite a bit of items. Very easy to transport since it has wheels and stripes.

I bought this case because I travel between 4 different medical facilities, and the bag that I had been carrying was getting too heavy. I love that it has a separate compartment for office supplies and the large compartment allows for hanging file folders. This allows me to have space for al 4 locations that I travel. I even have space for a small heater that I can take due to some of the offices being cold. There are two things that made me give this a 4-star rating instead of 5 and one of them may just be my opinion. With the "pull behind strap" being made of the material that it is, there is limited control of the Box when walking. Sometimes when being pulled, it will veer to the left or right of me, getting into other people's way. I can wrap the strap around my hand but then the box hits my heels. The other thing that I did not like was that after a few weeks of use, one of the wheels fell off. I discovered the screws holding the wheel had all come out. My husband was able to fix it with some screws he had in his garage, but they aren't the same color. While he was fixing the wheel, he noticed another wheel had lost a screw and the last two wheels had screws that were all loose and needed tightened. Not sure if they just didn't check them on the production line, but it was an issue. I am going to see if there is a way to get/attach a hard handle to one side of the Box, but other than those two things, this Box has made my traveling much easier.

I bought the DocSafe File Box with Lock for my mom, and it’s exactly what she needed. She loves that it has wheels so she can roll it anywhere in her room without lifting. The two-layer design gives her plenty of space for all her important papers, and the fireproof protection gives real peace of mind. Great purchase for anyone who wants secure, easy-to-move storage.

This works well, however the wheels do like to fall off. The lock works great and the box holds up relatively well, however if you need it to be able to wheel around, securing the wheels would be advised.

Lightweight, but sturdy - love the separation of the two compartments and the easy use for hanging file folders. The wheels move easily and well! I use it a LOT - and the straps are long enough that I can either use it on wheels or hang it over my shoulder. Very happy to have this extremely useful accessory so I stay organized and look classy doing it! I guest-preach for two different congregations and I can keep both of them organized (though seperate) with the room in the filing area.

This is perfect. Easy to put together, the size is perfect for documentation and the zippers are durable and can lock which adds to the combination lock on the box. The color matched my desk, but I don’t care about the color as long it keeps my documents safe. It did not have that fire retardant scent that some products have.

Esta bonita, pero esta muy frágil se le cayeron 2 llantas muy rápido porque los torillos se afloraron, se tuerce la caja y se caen los porta folders, tube que poner wn el centro de la caja un alabrambre para mantener la caja más maciza y que no se mueva para que no se caigan los folder. No fue una compra muy práctica para quienes necesita estar llevando sus documentos a varios lados, para tenerlos en un solo lugar si esta bien pero para traslado no la recomiendo.

Well made, ample space for documents, legal and letter sizes. Very satisfied.

We are very pleased with our doc storage which can be hidden quite easily.

I only received the actual box. Did not receive the organiser, pockets and hanging folders. Disappointed. Will wait to see if I receive the rest, if not write a complaint.

Great wheels to help roll when it's full, good size held all my necessary files and some extra ones. Seems to be good quality, hopefully I'll never need to find out if it holds up the the temps as advertised....
