very good cooler well built strong, takes a little time to "loosen" up, zippers ect.The bag is very good quality. It is the only lunch cooler I have owned that kept a reusable ice block frozen 12 hours, I am not sure what they use for insulation buy I was impressed, it was still cold to the touch. Never has that happened before with my other lunch boxes. They were always warm after the day, often I would have to throw out any items uneaten for fear of spoilage.The company stands behind the product unbelievably well. We had a very small issue with the cooler, (a string was not attached when it arrived, it appeared to have just been missed when being sown) I advised the company of the issue, and advised them It was not a problem for my intended use of the cooler, but they may want to watch for it in their production process to prevent it in the future. Two days later I received a refund with an apology from I assume the owner of the company, That even though I did not request a refund, he could not in good conscience charge me for a bag that was not 100%. On arrival. WOW, I was amazed to say the least. Reminds me of the "old days" when you could buy something with confidence that the company would stand behind there product and a handshake was better than a legal contract. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE COMPANY, I WOULD BUY ANYTHING THIS COMPANY MAKES WITH OUT RESERVATION THAT IT WOULD BE THE BEST YOU COULD BUY, OR THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT, PERIOD. The kind of company I would want to work for as well as buy from.

This is a very large lunch bag.! It is great for long hours on the job and holds a lot of drinks and food. Plus the extra storage pockets hold way more. Top zipper holds lots of snacks, utensils, electronics etc. Front zipper storage is almost the same, plenty of storage, plus has inside mesh zippers to keep stuff separated and more organized . Side drawstring pouches are very large as well. They can hold 32 oz jugs of water and extra work gloves, small tools or extra clothing in case you need a backup shirt , hats, beanies whatever you need. This bag gets very heavy when i load it up for a days work. The strap extends to fit over a trolley and sits on top of my toolbox to wheel around work. Very good bag and seems very sturdy. The only problem I had when received was had to completely open every pocket and let it air out for a few days because of the manufacturing smell that was really strong . But it is all good now. Make sure to let it air out in your garage or outside to avoid the smell in your house. Other than that, Very happy with this jumbo bag.!

Excellent lunch box.A tad to big but I love it.We are in the trucking business and I look over at my passenger seat and say "I love you lunch box".It has a first aid kit in one end and paperwork in the other. Spoons and forks and etc in the front. Can be left open to put in your sunglasses, wallet etc.Perfect. Do not hesitate to buy. Look closely at the others for sale and they all seem to be missing something. I think the smaller size would be nice too but to small for me personally.The hard plastic liner is the main selling point.Lifetime guarantee as far as I can tell.

This is a good cooler...the size is fantastic, lots of pockets and compartments and the outer material is durable. However, the main zipper is breaking already, as seen in the pictures. It's right on the corner, which means that corner doesn't seal now. The cooler has only been used three months. The problem now is that once the teeth in the zipper break, the cooler will be unusable for my husband who is a truck driver.

I carry all my meals of the day in car and although this maybe too large for some, for me it was perfect. I used to carry a smaller cooler and a book bag with my stuff, but now all my office stuff fits on the top compartment and even my laptop fits in the back (there is an optional pocket or luggage strap where it fit perfectly! Since I use the top compartment for office stuff, the front pocket and sides have ample room.I was originally going to buy one of the ones from Duluth trading but they don't have a hard liner which I find very useful if something spills.If you carry it like I do I recommend a little cart as it can get heavy. I also use it on the weekends for the beach, etc and the wife loves it. Very durable and has a lifetime warranty. Been using it for a few months already.I rarely write reviews but this cooler deserves it.

I bought this because my husband kept complaining that our Tupperware wouldnt fit in his old cooler. It's very big and can fit food, my husband work clothes, his hydroflask, keys and wallet, and other random stuff. It keeps the food cold even in the Hawaiian heat. He LOVES this cooler. He got really upset when 5 months later the zipper broke. It does come with a lifetime warranty but I can not find the sellers information to claim it.
