This product does what it says but there are some things in which it could be better:The guard prevents the item being processed from going all the way down to the blade. The result is some waste or work to process the leftover carrot/potato whatever.The white plastic actually stains pretty easily when processing carrots.Otherwise, we are pretty pleased to be able to have finely shredded vegetables.
