I use an ozone air cleaner all the time. I like the way it makes the air smell and really removes odors well. I have purchased many different models and have spent a bit of money on them. Many times they last about a year. I purchased this model knowing a bit about them and have found that this model by has done a GREAT job removing odors and has lived up to the description provided. I think it is well made and does a superb job removing odors. I run air cleaners in my house all the time and I have NO odors at all in the house. Even when we cook the odors are short lived and the machine does a great job. If you are thinking about an ionic air cleaner this one is worth looking at.BEWARE. I have some trouble with my machine a. D have written the seller WITH NO RESPONSE....

I purchased a used car that the previous owner must’ve smoked cigars heavily in. No matter what the dealership did they cannot get the smell out. My husband purchased this item ionize the smell and get rid of it. Let me tell you it worked! We no longer smell rotten stogies stench!

Great unit. & very Adjustable. Almost to powerful for my needs with all 3 plates in. I think its the same unit as the competitors for $100s+ less.

The product appears to work for the short time I had used it in my basement. We had a must smell and wanted to address the odor now that we had found the source. I have not used it for the long use (6+ hrs) due to animal and person presence needed. I had put our animals in one room and sealed it off with the windows open given the manufacturers direction. While running it for the rest of the house. I had gone in and out briefly to do things as I wanted to monitor it while it was running. Basically checking the animals and grabbing a thing or two. I think I had run it on low for about 3-4 hours and used only one of the three plates provided. (The first time I used it to test what it was actually like, I had all 3 filters in place and you could tell it immediately) Overall the electric/static smell was quite strong. I am in the construction field and am used to different smells and chemicals. I ended up having a soar throat and runny nose for the next 7-8 days. That is my only cautionary or critic about the product. Overall, I will wait until I can get all animals out and leave for the day in order to use full strength.
