Perfect Fit Shock Mount for U87AI
I am very pleased with this budget-priced Neumann U87AI style mic shock mount. It is solidly built of aluminum and has strong elastic bands, and extras if needed. It perfectly and securely fits my U87AI mic. It also properly dampens any room vibrations as it should. In fact, it looks like it was made for the U87AI. The only nit I would pick is the metal screw knob on the shock mount (which locks the mic in place) squeaks a bit. But I easily fixed that with a dab of WD-40. This shock mount is an incredible value versus a new original U87AI shock mount costing upwards of $300 USD!

dude. the extra adapter pieces are the different maker. there's a similar product, same exact shock mount, but doesn't come with the circle adapter thingies and is 2 or 3 dollars cheaper. so glad I got this one. it fits with all my mics that I have so far. makes my workflow so much easier cuz I don't need to fumble around changing shock mounts. this thing looks the part, does the part flawlessly and is stupid cheap. why didn't I buy this sooner?

Good First Impression_Better Second Impression
Mine arrived today and it came with the strings already on, which was nice. I also really liked the adapter that comes screwed in, which I removed so it could fit my specific mic stand. My Neumann TLM 103 fits well. I have a gig in a month where I"ll need the Neumann, I guess I'll see how it holds up. ***Came back to edit the review to make sure I gave it five stars. I put my Neumann TLM 103 in the new shock mount on a mic stand. The mic was probably about five feet high and somehow I bumped into it and watched as the stand fell forward with the microphone in the shock mount. It fell face first on the shock mount, I couldn't tell if the mic hit the ground or not, but the mic has zero damage or sound degradation.

Works with a variety of screw mount microphones
This solved my issue with my microphone’s original shock mount. The original was way undersized for the height and weight of my U87 clone condenser microphone. This has a variety of screw adapters to match different models of microphones from various brands. I found the best one to fit my microphone and I am very pleased with how this worked out. The product is very sturdy and very professional looking. It also includes a spare set of elastic bands.

Lo compre para un Warm Audio WA-87 y no le quedo la rosca de este shock mount. Se solucionó muy facil al sacar la "canasta" interna del shock mount original y montandola dentro del nuevo shock mount (quitando la canasta interna del SUUNTOK). La calidad es muy buena y cuestala mitad o menos de lo que cuesta el shock mount original de Warm Audio

neumann/u87Aiで普通に使えました。 ただマイクを止めるネジ(スピンドル ナット)が本体から簡単に取れてしまいます。 ここを改善して頂ければ満点でした
