I bought these tablets to give myself a boost. I do not particularly do any sporting activities, and neither do I exercise a great deal....actually not at all. I was having a few colds and the such, and so I was looking for a vitamin based tablet to boost my immune system.I have been taking these tablets for just under a month or so, and to be honest, I have felt a tad more sprightly...but I cannot honestly say this was a direct result of me taking these tablets. However, when you review the content of each tablet, you are taking in your recommended daily amount across a plethora of vitamins and the such. I am therefore going to keep going. If you are wanting to ensure you have the necessary intake of your recommended vitamins, this is an excellent product and one I strongly recommend. Cost is minimal and with Amazon you can have them sent monthly so you have a continual supply.

I’ve been using these for a few years now, and they’re excellent. It’s rare to find multivitamins like these that are actually vegetarian. Since taking them, I’ve noticed I have more energy, and my skin looks better too. They contain all the main vitamins I’d need and are good value for money. Highly recommend.

After a lot of research I chose this vitamin several years ago and have stuck with it. Unlike many others this had the strength of vitamin D that I was looking for, without having to take an extra tablet. The size is fine for me to swallow and has no noticeable taste. Although more expensive than some others you can normally find a good discount if you look around. I use the amazon subscribe and save option.

Was taking these wellman tablets and was starting to feel better , but I had a gout flare and noticed these contain niacin which can bring on gout flares. So unfortunately I've had to stop taking them , if they didn't contain niacin I would have continued taking them.Purchased at a good price , easy to swallow and contain a lot of well balanced vitamins for men to improve energy levels and immune system.They are not the smallest tablets but still easy to swallow for me with a sip of water.Just be mindful that if you suffer with high uric acid levels, gout, then the niacin in these tablets can bring on gout flares.
