Only been on these tablets for a week, my nails are already stronger, that’s the reason I ordered as as you get older nails go brittle, I have been taken collagen for a year no difference with nails at all, reviews were good, so pleased I have tried already order another bottle. As I know it’s going to take a couple of months to work, but so impressed already. These are large you need a good drink of water to wash them down. No sickness, which nearly put me off from ordering, you have to eat first and a decent meal, had no side affects apart from my nails going stronger 😊. These will be going to be added to my vitamin I already take. Looking forward to a couple of months time and see how these work for my hair and skin. I would still buy for nails alone. Value for money I take 2 a day with food. Very happy customer. Recommend for nails will update in a couple of months.

I've been using "Solgar, Skin Hair and Nails supplement", for several years now. I started taking it, because I felt that my hair was thinning. I've always had fine hair but, it lots of it. I am really pleased that my hair is much better now, no sign of my scalp showing through when I look in the mirror!! As with any supplements, there are no quick results, (and I do eat very healthily too). But I'll definitely keep buying this supplement. Many thanks!

Great product would purchase again

I started using this after moving to another country and having a hard time finding the brand I used before. So far so good and it’s been over two months. Hair and nails are still growing and looking nice. My skin has never been great, so I’m not seeing much difference there. That’s probably just my skin, though.

For the past 3 or 4 years I have noticed a thinning in my hair, my nails and a general dryness. My nails got so thin that my toes nails would simply split off, I had a permanent line of weakness on my second toe where there was a split from the end of the toe nail which reached almost down the length of the nail to the cuticle. I had done from ridiculously thick full hair to being able to see patches on my scalp. some 4 week ago I bought these tablets, I was concerned about the size of them due to the comments I had read - they are not small, but equally they are not the largest tablets I have ever had to take and you can always split them. I was also concerned about the sickness feeling some people had reported - for me, I try to take one at a time, with a small amount of food, I had one or two times that I thought 'do I feel sick or is it my imagination' but as I have continued with the tablets this feeling has gone and I can now take two at a time.. As to the regularity of me taking them, some days I forget, some days I take one, I always try to have them when I remember, which is about half to two thirds of the time. The results: I am so happy - my toe nails have not only repaired, they actually look really healthy, the ridges are lessening and there is a healthy sheen to them - the improvements began within a week to ten days and have continued to slowly improve. My Hair - I think this is a longer process due to the repair beginning in the hair follicle and that taking time to then grow to the surface and obviously longer - what I have noticed is there isn't anywhere near the same hair loss when I wash my hair and I would sometimes, before I began on the tablets a month ago would get a tingling slightly painful feeling on my scalp and this has gone completely I do suffer with cold hands and feet and on these tablets I have noticed a warmth on occasion 50 year old female

I usually do not write reviews unless I really like the product after I used it, but this skin, hair and nails vitamin complex is amazing. I've never had my own nails growing so beatifully in my life. I've just subscribed to receive this product every other month, as I am taking only 1 pill a day instead of two as recomended . Super pleased with this viatmin complex , my hair, skin and nails are looking great after 2 month of use .
