I am beyond thrilled with my experience using Grenade Black Ops Weight Management Capsules! I was skeptical at first, but after just a few weeks of taking these capsules, I noticed a significant difference in my body composition. I can't yet say if this will work for support of weight loss/management but I can say that it definitely helps with enegery levels. I felt that when I was in the gym and on the running machine, I always had more energy to keep going. I usually run around 4 miles but I ran 8 miles in 1 hour. I'm presuming it was these that helped enhance my performance as I only just started taking these and raspberry ketones. Highly recommend.

It does help with weight loss but if you do use it, keep to your diet. They're easy to swallow, have a good effect on you, reasonably priced.

OK, so I brought this feeling a little nervous about taking it as I really want to lose more weight than i am currently but scared about the side effects that others have posted. My experience is thus: Day 1: AM: Took one tablet to assess tolerance levels, less than 5 mins it had felt like i had a slightly uncomfortable heated feeling in my stomach, I have experienced heartburn before and this isn't it, this was milder. It became more comfortable about a minute later but a warm sensation still resided like i had just had a shot of sambuca. Felt a bit of a kick when the caffeine + taurine kicked in but nothing too drastic. but i had only taken one. PM: Feeling confident about the product and how i handled one tablet, I took two prior to my workout, warming sensation was mild at best at this point. I felt better energised for my workout by comparison to a pre-workout supplement. There was a light buzz and my body was more enthusiastic to work out than usual. Felt hungrier than usual after, but that could be the metabolism kicking in, It took a lot of focus to stick to my diet than usual. Day 2: AM: Felt confident, I took two on an empty stomach, just a warm sensation, no uncomfortable feeling this time round. Feeling somewhat focused at work. Not feeling the hunger yet, might only be after a workout. PM: Took two, before "Leg Day Workout". I had more focus, I kept to form better and I had more energy to crank out an extra set. Hunger has kicked in quelled it with a 500ml Protein shake + 2 bananas, followed by another 500ml shake a few hours later TL:DR Summary: Good for Anaerobic Workouts (1 mile sprints / weightlifting) as you get a nice boost in energy. I would guess the Themo version of this would be better for Aerobic workouts (20-30min runs and fat burning cardio). The caffeine had an effect on me, but not as much as others. I guess my body is somewhat used to Caffeine + Taurine as i used to chug down about 4-5 cans of red bull a day (stopped about 5 months ago), but prior to taking Black-Ops i was using a high caffeine Pre-Workout. As for the weight loss, It's hard to tell right now as I'm mixing Cardio and Weight lifting so my weight is going up and down as it is, but slowly dropping.

I used it before, it seems to keep doing its job.

These do give you energy over time..but I'd say about 3ish hours, the first few days you may feel abit sick or drained off them if you're like me but now my body has adjusted pretty quickly and I don't have side effects now. However, I don't find these anywhere near as good as the thermo detonators..I don't feel anything off these except maybe a bit of motivation later after taking them. I'm pretty disappointed but then again I can always go back to their thermo ones which I am definitely doing once these have ran out as those ones were amazing and I felt a lot of effects from them. Overall, a decent product which even though I couldn't feel much, it's not a complete waste of money.

Work like magic, I take it in the morning 10 mins before my workout at the gym and it gives me that extra boost. Haven't heard of any side effects but not planning to keep taking it for long as I started gyming again over a month ago and will take it for the first 3 months. I do suggest to take creatine and proteins after workout with it.

Though this gives you energy to finish your gym workouts this is not good for people sensitive to caffeine. I'm caffeine sensitive and this had enough caffeine to upset my stomach and give me acne. I had to stop using it so cannot give final verdict on fat loss aspect.

Last time i bought same product but this time its waste of my money.. Few captule was opened.. In snap deal same product price was less. but i don't know its original or not.. That's why i purchased amazon. But hereafter i ll never purchase any thing in amazon and also i ll never refer my friends... Pls don't cheat customer
