Bought for my daughter for xmas, got it on the offer and was cheaper than the highstreet

Like the item
The label was put straight on the box which is difficult to get off without damaging the box, especially as it is a Christmas present. Please take this into consideration.

My Granddaughters christmas present and the only one we didnt put batteries in the parcel as it said they were included but there wasnt any.

Connectivity issues to be aware of
From the books we have working, it seems like a really good device and my 3 year old daughter enjoys it. It’s important to know that you need a computer to be able to use it. After connecting fine once, it stopped recognising my laptop and therefore we couldn’t add the books we’d bought. It turns out it won’t work with Windows 11, so the solution we’ve been given is to find another computer that operates on Windows 10. None of this is made very obvious and so far it’s been more trouble than it’s worth.

Great value for money
Great. My 2 years old daughter loves it and I can swap books according to her age. Even visitors like playing with it.
